CLE Hours
For attorneys advising corporate and nonprofit clients, CEO transitions are among the most consequential and vulnerable moments for an organization, presenting both challenges and opportunities. Clients often turn first to legal counsel during these moments, yet the success of a transition depends not only on governance and compliance but also on how the change is communicated internally and externally.
In this session, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the risks inherent in CEO transitions and actionable strategies to help clients navigate them with confidence, including the first 100 days of a new CEO’s tenure.
