A Year of Growth, Collaboration, and Greater Community Impact
The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation’s 2024–2025 Impact Report reflects a year of expanded collaboration, strong growth, and meaningful community impact. By aligning strategy, funding, and volunteer engagement with the CMBA, the Foundation strengthened its ability to serve students, families, and organizations across Greater Cleveland, ensuring resources were used efficiently and where they mattered most.
Throughout the year, the CMBF’s education and pipeline programs reached hundreds of students, introducing young people to the law while building confidence and opportunity. Programs like The 3Rs, Mock Trial, the Louis Stokes Scholars Program, the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Summer Legal Adventure, and the 1L Clerkship Program continued to inspire future legal professionals through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience.
At the same time, the Foundation expanded access to justice through pro bono and low-bono services that supported individuals, nonprofits, artists, and those facing housing insecurity. With the continued growth of the Cleveland Legal Collaborative and a strong investment in community-based legal programs, the year was marked by both record endowment growth and a deepened commitment to meeting Cleveland’s evolving legal needs.
